About Me

I love spending time in my garden, watching the passing of the seasons and plants growing, walking my wonderful dog on the beach, drawing and being with my family and friends.

For many years I worked as a designer and illustrator, and I am still an enthusiastic artist, combining my artistic experience with my therapy wherever possible.

Episodes in my own life led me to re-evaluate and to reach out for support, which I found immensely comforting and helpful. This in turn led me to train as a counsellor, in the hope that I can bring the same comfort and support to others going through difficult times.
